TIRED!!

Lots of training, late nites... even during the week!!! and more training.. when will I get to rest my broken body? Out of the projected 10.5 hours of training this week, I missed a 45 min run... I just fell asleep when I got home from work and woke up the next morning energized..

Surf Saturday and crab with the family!! FUCK YEAH!!! Oh yeah and 2.5hr bike and 45 min run.. it's gonna be a long day..
